Where Yoga is adaptive, accessible and Trauma informed. Just as it should be. Yoga at its heart is naturally accessible and available to everyone. So I aim to ensure no one is missing out on this practice
I understand firsthand the challenges that life can throw our way. I personally experienced the supportive quality yoga can have when you need it. Following 6 strokes and brain surgery. I am now committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for individuals of all backgrounds to explore the incredible benefits of this ancient practice.
The classes are specifically designed for everybody, ensuring a gentle and supportive environment for you to embark on your yoga journey. You'll be guided through each pose, focusing on what do you need right now. I am really passionate about helping to support people through, disability, illness or trauma, all at your own pace, in your own way. Whether that is within small and friendly classes, online or in person 1:1 sessions. Your yoga will always be at your own pace on our own journey but with the support of myself and each other, as community is a huge part of yogic tradition.
But the mission doesn't stop there. I believe in giving back to the community and making yoga accessible to all. That's why I actively collaborate with various small charities, offering special programs and classes to individuals who can greatly benefit from the healing aspects of yoga. This enables me to show others the healing benefits yoga can offer.
I always use accessible venues and refuse to work with any non accessible venues. I feel this is such an important step to creating more accessibilty.
Making yoga financially accessible to everyone is also incredible important as well. So I offer a community pot which I encourage those who can to donate to and those who need it to use it, no questions asked.
